Service Operations Intern (Summer 2027) at Vertiv

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Services team as a Services Operations Specialist Intern. This internship offers exposure to various facets of sales, services, and operations management and provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement  

• Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends 

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. 

• Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards and customer requirements.  

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 

• Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work 

• Collaboration and teamwork
