• Your email address, when you create an account. It is your username and how we send you a sign-in link.
• Your activity on the board: the roles you open, the filters you set, what you search for, and the roles you tell us you applied to.

To keep you signed in, to order the board around the kinds of roles you open, and to keep your Applied list. That is all it is for.

You can turn personalized ordering off, clear your activity, or delete your account entirely in Settings. Deleting your account removes your email, your activity and your Applied list.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with employers. Applying happens on the employer’s own site under their privacy policy, not ours.

Two services help run the site: a mail provider sends your sign-in links, and a product-analytics provider records anonymous usage so we can see which parts of the board people use.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Clearing them signs you out.
