This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring analysts to learn, grow, and apply their skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Deliver Cross-Domain Insights: Eliminate data silos and accelerate decision-making by synthesizing metrics across our three critical pillars: strategic input goals, operational performance, and financial allocations.
- Optimize Resources & Velocity: Maximize the impact of our investments and accelerate outcomes by utilizing AI tools to optimize headcount planning, ensuring resources are instantly directed to our highest-priority initiatives.
- Align Performance to Goals: Bridge the gap between planning and execution by creating cohesive dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of our velocity and performance against our own team objectives and Intuit's broader business goals.
- Collaborate & Present: Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand data requirements, validate findings, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate complex datasets from financials, operations, and strategy into actionable insights.
- Structured Problem Solving: Ability to look at a broad problem—from headcount planning to budget tracking—and break it down into structured, measurable components.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present findings and collaborate with stakeholders across different business domains.
- Tech Savvy & AI Familiarity: Quick learner with an interest in or exposure to AI programs, tools, and concepts.
- Academic Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related technical/analytical field.
- Graduation Date: A graduation date after the internship end date (at least four months post-internship).
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the duration of the internship.
- Onsite Presence: Ability to work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week.
