Summer Internship Program 2027 - Sales Associate Intern at Intercontinental Exchange

The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. You'll build meaningful connections, strengthen your interpersonal skills, and contribute in ways that truly make a difference. 

 

Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. 

 

The Sales Associate Intern will support the sales team across the Encompass and MSP portfolios, gaining exposure to enterprise mortgage technology sales. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Support the sales team with account research, competitive intelligence, and customer data analysis 

• Maintain a competitive intelligence tracker and assist with CRM hygiene and activity logging in Salesforce, including supporting rollout of AI-powered sales tools 

• Help maintain the executive account health dashboard and prepare account briefs, one-pagers, and executive summaries for customer meetings 

• Participate in customer meetings and internal strategy sessions to gain exposure to enterprise mortgage technology sales 

• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned 

 

Knowledge and Experience 

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize information for executive audiences 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus) 

• • Curiosity about financial technology, mortgage industry, or enterprise SaaS sales; AI enthusiasm a bonus

 

Internship Program Schedule 

To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options: 

• Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027 

• Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 

Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
